Cattle Trough
“High Barnet’s iconic street furniture includes a granite cattle trough just across the road from the Black Horse public house” (Source: Barnet Society). “Granite cattle trough on pedestal supports at each end with a single bell-profiled finial at one end. Erected by the Metropolitan Drinking Fountain & Cattle Trough Association. The ironwork for the drinking fountain has been removed.
